Navigating portfolio careers, creative identity, youth sports, and the beautiful chaos of building a life on your own terms. Come figure it out with me.

I always find it hard to describe myself as I seem to be on a constant journey. that said, I feel like today this is how best to describe me in no particular order.

  1. I am in part 3 of my career where part 1 was the building phase based on a set of predefined rules, part 2 was the destruction phase and part 3 is now the rebuilding it under my rules.

  2. a Portfolio Career-ist in the making … I will explore this topic and more about how I get here in my musings

    1. Consultant / Fractional Leader @ Kuriositee Consulting

    2. Author; The Customer Experience of Youth Sports

    3. Adjunct Professor topics include Entrepreneurship, Financial Modeling and Data Analysis

    4. Parent Volunteer with PTO boards and Booster Clubs

  3. the CEO of my Family … let’s be honest, moms take so much on but, hey, it was my choice to do so. Not complaining.

    1. I have been a stay at home parent (hate this term) for 14 years and navigating it has been challenge for me, especially in my identity. However, it has given me the flexibility to navigate and achieve things that I would not have been able to do if I had maintained the traditional career path that I was on.

  4. an Artist .. we are all creative. I love to create art but I do not honor that creativity as much as I should.

  5. a Learner - I am always trying to understand new areas and I often say, I really do not belong in this room, but I walk in anyway. A desire to understand gives you the strength to open the doors.

I look forward to sharing and connecting!
